Keanu Asing Clinches Arnette Pro Junior
Keanu Asing (Ewa Beach, HI), 17, won the Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP) North America Pro Junior Series Grade-3 Arnette All Day Antics Pro Junior while securing the highest heat total of the entire event, a 16.67 out of 20, over fellow finalists Evan Geiselman (New Smyrna Beach, FL), 16, Hawaiian Albee Layer (Maui, HI), 19, and Kolohe Andino (San Clemente, CA), 16.

With a couple sick clips under their belt in Billabong’s new movie, Still Filthy, the boys came in with their chests puffed out a bit. Well we took care of that swagger with a quick ass-whipping on the K1 Racing track next door to TransWorld HQ’s, but, at the end of the day, these two have the last laugh as they’re some of the best young kids in the world and we’re just a couple office barns.
